Merlin Cooper London recently moved us into our new flat, we are All impressed with the service received. They responded to all our correspondence quite quickly and move was smooth.

They are as transparent as you can have it, from the application to the move in. No hidden charges, like most agencies. Annoyingly request that you send emails for all questions, but overall good experience. Although cannot wait for agency fee to be scrapped. Would certainly recommend.
